      青年馆员是图书馆开展各项业务活动的具体执行者和实施者,必须加强对他们的培养。医院图书馆可通过组织青年馆员集中政治学习培养和强化馆员的主动服务意识,实行轮岗和考评制、用人所长等措施塑造青年馆员的职业精神,通过业务学习制度化、轮岗和岗位导师制、邀请外援师资授课、参加学术会议和专业培训等措施提升青年馆员的专业知识,通过让青年馆员积极开展多项读者服务、组织和承办学术活动、经营微信公众号等措施培养青年馆员的职业能力。此外,还可遵循个人成长和科室发展相统—、强制措施和激励机制并行、理论和实践相结合、注重工作细节等原则,提升青年馆员的职业素质。
英文摘要:
      Young librarians are the executor and implementer of different professional activities in a library, it is thus necessary to strengthen their training. Following measures were put forward to strengthen their initiative service awareness by participating in political study, fostering their professional spirit, implementing check-up systems, bringing their advantages into full play, improving their professional knowledge, taking turns of position and teachers, inviting foreign teachers to give lesions, attending academic conferences and professional training, training their professional competence, carrying out various reader services, organizing and undertaking academic conferences and marketing WeChat public account, improving their professional literacy, integrating their growing up and development of departments, implementing compulsory measures and encouraging mechanism at the same time, combining theory and practice, and attaching importance to the details in their work.
